Attention to detail and classical proportions create a village streetscape that looks and feels like historic Auburn. The namesake of Perry Park is a tribute to Simeon Perry, the young surveyor who first laid out the town of Auburn. Residents, tenants, and patrons alike will feel a sense of community strolling the central park of the village. Day and evening use of shops, lofts, office suites, and a town club add a vibrant element to Auburn's historic Noble Hall District.

Perry Park lies within the original boundaries of the Addison Frazer Plantation and near its 1854 manor house called Noble Hall. In recent years many of the ante-bellum structures in our area have been raised to make way for more modern buildings, but Noble Hall still stands as a stately monument to our intriguing past.

Inspiration for the land plan of Perry Park was drawn from the historic architecture of this region. The conceptual stage focused on enhancing the cultural aspects while preserving the site's existing character and natural resources.
